A bold approach to move with a rapidly changing market caused by  urban live/ work demands in in the covid epidemic. Failing facades replaced with vertical planting and  rooms enlarged and connected with natural features (lake, woods, meadows). Measurable results included more efficient operations, healthier interiors and high rack rates.
