Set in 15 acres of SSl (Site of Special Scientific

Interest) Eden Lakes represents the start of a

new life chapter. Living with a rich variety of

indigenous species the low impact design

combined an increase in biodiversity, commercial

fishing activity, koi carp and total immersion into

nature ..... Our client's, self funding, forever

home powered by renewable energy.

Learners at the Centre

Inclusion, sustainability and transformation.

Designed around it's top three educational

outcomes. The Priory Primary School allows all

cohorts to maximise their life chances by

providing potential opportunities to be taught

appropriately and learn in their ow individual

way.

Guests Are No 1.

Wellbeing is the starting point: a good physical

environment makes guests happier and boosts

productivity for staff. Gaia Spa is based on three

goals: To maximise being a daylight and greenery

internally, Creating routes through that simulate

guests and connect with nature,

Encounter others, and to use only healthy

materials.
